Hakon Innovations, LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Show 1 website (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.
We do not sell your information!
Show 1 has taken the position that your information should not be bought and sold. We do not share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

For Show 1 to operate, we must collect and process certain kinds of information to provide and improve our Service to you. This data includes information you provide when you sign up for an account and create a personal profile. For example, you may provide your name, address, contact information, and descriptions of your interests. You also provide information when you do any of the following: select internet content to view on your personal feed page; post messages, comments, photos, or videos; and communicate with other members. Some information can be in the form of location of photos or posts, or the date a file was created.
If you purchase services from us, we collect information on that transaction, such as your name, address, email address, and information about the service you purchase. You payment will be processed through a third-party processor (such as PayPal, Stripe, etc.) Please refer to the applicable processor’s terms and privacy policies for information about how your payment data will be used or stored.
Please keep in mind that some of the information you post on Show 1 is publically visible, such as information you include in your profile. However, your phone number, if you choose to include it, is visible only to Show 1 members whom you have befriended.
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data"). This information is necessary in order for Show 1 to operate efficiently. This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and we hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Other tracking technologies are also used such as scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our Service.

Show 1 uses the data we receive from you for various purposes:
To provide core site functionality (e.g., display your Personal or Professional profile);
To do research to improve our Service in order to better serve you;
To quickly process your transactions;
To send emails concerning notification, orders, or other products and services;
To carry out a promotion, consent, survey, or other site features;
To notify you about changes to our Service;
To allow you to participate in interactive features of our Service when you choose to do so;
To provide customer support or to respond when you contact us;
To monitor the usage of our Service;
To detect, prevent and address technical issues.
We may also collect location-related information, such as your current location and where you say you live. Location-related information can be based on things like IP addresses and nearby WiFi hotspots (if you allow this information to be collected).
We do not share your personal information with advertisers. Advertisers may be able to infer information about you based on data you have disclosed publicly in your personal profile or posts.
Vendors and service providers who support our business may be able to infer information about our users. Service providers may include those who provide technical infrastructure services, analyze how our products are used, provide customer service, and facilitate payments.
How can you manage or delete your personal information?
You can manage or delete information by clicking on the “My Data” link. From there, you can manage or delete any of your personal data.
If you delete your profile, we will delete all content associated with that profile, such as personal information, posts, photos, videos, and other content. Please note that you will not be able recover that information later.
When you delete your information, it is immediately removed from our website. For legal, law enforcement, governmental, and data recovery purposes only, our backups -- which are encrypted -- maintain copies of this information.
Please keep in mind that posts or information you have shared on other members’ pages, such as comments, conversations, or other content, do not belong to you and cannot be deleted. If other members have shared information about you, that content cannot be deleted because it is not part of your own account.
We may retain and use your information to resolve disputes, comply with applicable laws, or enforce our legal policies.
How Do We Deal With Harmful Content or Violations to Our Terms of Use?
If we determine that content posted in Personal Profiles violates any law or the Terms of Service of Show 1, that content will be removed. The member account responsible for this violation may be suspended or deleted. For example, if a member posted messages of hate in Personal Profiles, those actions would violate our Terms of Service rules. The content would be removed and the member may have his or her account suspended or deleted, depending on specific circumstances.
What are your data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)?
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. Show 1 aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete or limit the use of your personal data.

The right to access, update, or delete the information we have about you. Whenever made possible, you can access, update, or delete your personal data directly within your “My Data” setting. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us to assist you.

The right of restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.

Analytics
We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, such as Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services.
Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network, but Show 1 does not display personalized ads from Google nor from any other ad network that tracks user behavior. In other words, Show 1 uses only “ethical ads,” which do not track you.

You must be 13 years or older to create an account or otherwise use our Services.
