US Army analysis finds non-pharmaceutical interventions (screening, testing, quarantine, isolation, source control) among 10,579 trainees at a San Antonio base limited COVID-19 incidence to five cases (47 per 100,000 persons), three of which were in persons who were contacts of the first patient.
